4.1 General information

1. Your gaming account accepts several payment methods.
2. If you need to change your registered payment source you will be able to do so online if your account balance is zero and you have no outstanding unsettled bets, otherwise you will need to contact Customer Service for assistance. The minimum deposit is dependent upon your chosen payment system.
3. After each transaction a pop-up message will appear, informing you if the deposit or withdrawal has been accepted or not. If your computer suddenly shuts down, or your browser fails to respond before this message appears informing you that your Marathonbet.com account has been updated, your deposit or withdrawal may nevertheless be processed. If in doubt, please check your 'Account History' and / or contact customer support.
4. You can withdraw money from your customer account by clicking 'Withdraw' link. The minimum withdrawal amount is dependent on the chosen payment system.
5. Online withdrawals can be made only to the payment source, from which a deposit has been made on your account.
6. If you find that the amount you wish to withdraw is restricted, you will need to contact customer support to make a request.
7. Withdrawing funds to a bank account or web wallet that is in a different currency to your Marthonbet account may incur currency exchange charges. Please check with your bank or web wallet provider before making a withdrawal.
8. If you provided verification documents, and your address changed since they were submitted, you may be asked to provide additional documentation for bank transfers or credit/debit card transactions.
9. Following a successful withdrawal request your money will be transferred to your card or web wallet. Depending on the method of withdrawal, your funds will be transfers either within minutes or up to 5 days.
10. Depositing and withdrawing funds without placing a bet, for the sole purpose of accumulating bonus and rewards "air miles", etc. is strictly forbidden.
11. We are not responsible for any consequential damages that may result from use of this website or through links to its content, including any malfunction, unavailability of the site, improper use of the site by a third party, or as a result of errors or omissions in its content.
12. Where large sums are deposited verification may be sought in accordance with the requirements established by the laws of the Netherlands Antilles. In some cases, checks may need to be completed upon deposit but prior to placing a bet.
13. Where a deposit or withdrawal request does not correspond to the sum of placed bets, or we suspect that the account is being used inappropriately, then verification of identity will be sought in accordance with the laws of Netherlands Antilles, prior to processing any withdrawals.
    
    In rare, very specific circumstances as defined from time to time by Marathonbet.com, payment processing fees for deposits and withdrawals normally accepted by Marathonbet.com will be applied to certain accounts upon withdrawal.

4.2 Credit and Debit Cards

4.2.1 General information

1. If you have registered a credit or debit card with us and there is a balance and/or unsettled bets on your account, then you will be able to change the card online if only the issue number and/or expiry date have changed. If the main number on the card has changed you will be able to do so online if your account balance is zero and you have no outstanding unsettled bets, otherwise you will need to contact Customer Service for assistance. You may be required to provide proof of identification in this instance.
2. Not all types of card can be registered automatically. For clarification, please contact our customer support team.
3. If you chose to deposit via a Credit or Debit card and wish to withdraw funds via a different payment method, we may ask for ID to verify your account
4. Please note, if your card transaction is declined by your bank, you may need to contact your bank to enable online transactions.

4.2.2 Depositing using a Credit or Debit card

1. Log into your marathonbet.com account using your username and password.
2. Click on the 'Deposit' button.
3. Select the Credit / Debit card option from the payments table.
4. Select your card type and enter your card details. After your first transaction, your card details will be linked to your marathonbet.com account, and you may use your saved card for any subsequent deposit or withdrawal.
5. Enter the deposit amount.
6. Confirm your marathonbet.com password.
7. Click on the 'Make Deposit' button.
8. Once your transaction has been processed, you will see a confirmation message informing you whether your deposit has been successful.

2. We accept payments WebMoney in the following currencies: U.S. Dollar (WMZ-purse), Euro (WME-purse), Russian Rouble (WMR-purse), Hrevna (WMU-purse), Belarussian Rouble (WMB-purse), and Uzbek Sum (WMY-wallet).
3. Marathonbet.com pay the standard webmoney withdrawal commission of 0.8% on your behalf.

4.3.2 Depositing using WebMoney

1. Log into your marathonbet.com account using your username and password.
2. Click on the 'Deposit' button.
3. Select the WebMoney option from the payments table.
4. Enter your WebMoney wallet number for your currency.
5. Enter the deposit amount.
6. Enter your marathonbet.com password.

4. Enter your WebMoney wallet number for your currency.
5. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
6. Confirm the answer to your secret question. You will be required to enter 2 letters from the answer to your secret question. If this is entered incorrectly 5 times, your account will be temporarily blocked.
7. Once your transaction has been processed, you will see a confirmation message informing you whether your deposit has been successful.

5. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.

4.6 Bank transfer

Depositing and withdrawing by bank transfer

1. Marathonbet allows you to deposit and withdraw directly to and from your bank account by bank transfer.
2. At present it is only possible to deposit in Euro and GBP.
3. If you wish to deposit by this method we advise you to open a Euro or GBP bank account.
4. Withdrawals are available in the following currencies: Euro, GBP, US Dollar (USD), Australian Dollar (AUD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), New Zealand Dollar (NZD) and Polish Zloty (PLN).

4.7 Neteller

We accept Neteller Accounts in the following currencies: United States Dollars, Euros or British Pound.

4.7.1 Registering Neteller to your marathonbet.com Account

1. To register Neteller to your marathonbet.com Account you must already have a Neteller Account.
2. To create a Neteller Account, please visit www.neteller.com and follow the Join Now instructions provided.
3. Once this has been completed, log into our website using your username and password combination.
4. Go to the My Account – Payment Source page.
5. Click on the Create Payment Source button to add the Neteller account to your marathonbet.com account.

4.7.3 Withdrawals to your marathonbet.com Account using Neteller
