- Toto Rules
-
1.1. The Toto is a game in which players make bets on the outcome of matches or their correct score. Marathonbet.com collects all the bets into the Toto pools (monetary sum) to which players contribute before the matches start. After all matches have finished Marathonbet.com distributes the prize fund (part of pool) between all winning players according to these rules.
-
1.2. The Toto player is a person who has placed a bet in the Toto pool under the terms and conditions of the Toto rules. The player must be over 18 years of age.
-
1.3. The final score for each match is the score at the end of regular full time unless otherwise specified.
-
1.4. Bets are accepted up until the first match starts. The First match is that which starts earlier than others but does not include void matches.
-
1.5. A match is considered as void:
– if its result is not decided 2 hours before the first match to start in the following Toto draw;
– if it started earlier than the closing time for bets of the current draw;
– if it is invalidated according to the Toto rules or the general rules of Marathonbet.com.
-
1.6. The more winning results a player successfully predicts, the more winning categories they will receive a prize from.
-
1.7. To place a bet it is necessary to select a possible result for each of the matches represented in the Toto bet slip. It is convenient to place several bets on one bet slip, just mark more than one result at the same time, in one or several matches. Thereby the total number of bets and the unit stake to pay this ticket is correspondingly doubled, trebled and so on.
-
1.8. The total paid within a bet slip is distributed evenly amongst all the bets in this slip. Winning bets are calculated proportionally to the stake of each bet.
-
1.9. The Jackpot is an additional prize which is made up from previous Toto draws in which funds from winning categories were not won and were carried forward. The company has the right to increase the Jackpot pool from its own funds.
-
1.10. The structure of the Jackpot prize fund and the distribution of the fund are defined by Marathonbet.com separately for each Toto type e.g. Correct Score, 1X2.
-
1.11. The prize fund is divided between the winning bets in proportion to their stake in each category that they are included for distribution (the bigger the stake, the bigger the winnings). The same distribution applies to the Jackpot. The total bet prize depends on its total stakes, the amount of successfully predicted matches, the pool size and the total number of winning bets.
-
1.12. The currencies in which you can place a Toto bet are displayed along with the minimum odds available. The minimum odds are fixed at the time a new draw is opened and do not change whilst that draw is open. For convenience, the pool of bets made in various currencies is shown as a single currency, the EURO (€) at the exchange rate of the European Central Bank (ECB), fixed at the time the new Toto draw is announced.
-
1.13. Bets are accepted up to the start of each Toto draw. You can see statistics on bets already placed as they are being accepted on the website. Once the time to place bets has expired, the total number of accepted bets, the sum of pool size and the full list of bets are published and fixed.
-
1.14. To calculate winnings in different currencies, a uniform factor of calculation is used. This is done by taking into account the number of correct results and is determined by the pool amount in Euro (€), the stakes of winning bets in each category and the size of the Jackpot.
-
1.15. Winning in a higher category will mean that you also win in all lower categories.
-
1.16. Irrespective of the number of correct predictions we guarantee a payment factor of not less than 1.1 for winning bets.
-
1.17. Where Toto terms and conditions differ from the General Terms and Conditions, the Toto terms and conditions will apply.
- Toto 1X2
-
2.1. The 1X2 Toto requires a player to select the outcome of 15 pre-defined matches. 1 – means the first team to win, 2 – the second team to win and X – draw.
-
2.2. In order to receive a prize the player will need to predict the result correctly in 9 or more matches.
-
2.3. 90% of the pool (Prize fund) is distributed between the successful players, 10% is retained towards running costs and profit.
-
2.4. The prize fund = 90%. The prize fund is distributed into 7 winning categories:
- 1st Category – 5% of the pool. This is distributed between all bets with winning results in 15 events.
- 2nd Category – 5% of the pool. This is distributed between all bets with winning results in 15 or 14 events.
- 3rd Category – 5% of the pool. This is distributed between all bets with winning results in 15, 14 or 13 events.
- 4th Category – 5% of the pool. This is distributed between all bets with winning results in 15, 14, 13 or 12 events.
- 5th Category – 10% of the pool. This is distributed between all bets with winning results in 15, 14, 13, 12 or 11 events.
- 6th Category – 20% of the pool. This is distributed between all bets with winning results in 15, 14, 13, 12, 11 or 10 events.
- 7th Category – 40% of the pool. This is distributed between all bets with winning results in 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 or 9 events.
-
2.5. The minimum bet is € 0.5. The maximum bet is not limited.
-
2.6. To place a bet it is necessary to select one outcome for each of 15 matches represented in the Toto bet slip.
-
2.7. If any player has not successfully predicted 15 (or 14,13,12,11,10,9) results then any winnings not paid in each category will be carried forward to the Jackpot of the following draw.
-
2.8. The Jackpot is not won until somebody successfully predicts all 15 outcomes.
-
2.9. Jackpot distribution in the case of void matches ‘not played’
1 void match – 35% of the Jackpot is distributed (only for 14 correct selections)
2 void matches – 20% of the Jackpot is distributed (only for 13 correct selections)
3 void matches – 10% of the Jackpot is distributed (only for 12 correct selections)
If a Toto draw includes 4 or more void matches then all bets will be void and stakes returned to the player.
-
2.10. Any predicted outcome of a void match is considered as a winning selection.
-
2.11. The Prize fund and Jackpot distribution amongst winning categories are as follows.
There are uniform ratio prizes:
7th Category (9 successful predictions) = 0.40 x pool / D7*
6th Category (10 successful predictions) = (0.20 x pool / D6*) + Category 7
5th Category (11 successful predictions) = (0.10 x pool / D5*) + Category 6
4th Category (12 successful predictions) = (0.05 x pool / D4*) + Category 5
3rd Category (13 successful predictions) = (0.05 x pool / D3*) + Category 4
2nd Category (14 successful predictions) = (0.05 x pool / D2*) + Category 3
1st Category (15 successful predictions) = ((0.05 x pool + JP*)/ D1*) + Category 2
* – D7(D6,D5,...D1) – total sum of bets in EURO (€) in which players have successfully selected 9 (10,11,...15) results. JP – Jackpot (in case of void matches – part of Jackpot).
- Toto CORRECT SCORE
-
3.1. The Correct Score Toto requires a player to select the correct score.
-
3.2. The bet slip consists of 8 matches in which you have to predict the correct score on each game.
-
3.3. To make a bet, you need to choose one score for each match in the bet slip. For several bets, you may mark 2 or more scores in 1 or more matches. Thereby the total number of bets and the unit stake to pay this ticket is correspondingly doubled, trebled and so on.
-
3.4. The minimum bet is €0.2. The maximum bet is not limited.
-
3.5. 95% of the pool (Prize fund) is distributed between the successful players, 5% is retained towards running costs and profit.
-
3.6. If all the matches are played (no void matches) the prize fund is distributed into 7* winning categories and also for the Jackpot of the next draw**:
- 1st winning category – 5% from pool, (8 scores);
- 2nd winning category – 5% from pool, ( 7 and more scores);
- 3rd winning category – 7.5% from pool, ( 6 and more scores);
- 4th winning category – 10% from pool, ( 5 and more scores);
- 5th winning category – 12.5% from pool, ( 4 and more scores);
- 6th winning category – 20% from pool, ( 3 and more scores);
- 7th winning category – 35% from pool, ( 2 and more scores);
* – If there are 1 or 2 void matches, the prize fund is distributed according to rule 3.9.
** – If there are no winning bets in the 1st category.
-
3.7. Distribution of the prize fund from winning categories which don’t have any winning bets.
If there are 1 or more categories without a win, 30% from the pool of those categories is added to the winning category in which most scores were correctly predicted, and 70% is added to the Jackpot of the next draw. If there are no bets successfully predicting more than 1 score then 95% of pool (all the prize fund) is added to the Jackpot pool.
-
3.8. The Jackpot is distributed amongst bets which successfully predict 7 or 8 correct scores, according to their size of bet. The higher the stake the bigger the prize.
The Jackpot is not won if no-one successfully predicts 7 or 8 correct scores.
All bets, which successfully predict scores in all 8 matches share 95% of the Jackpot. The remaining 5% of the Jackpot is spread among bets which successfully predict 7 or 8 scores.
-
3.9. The Jackpot distribution in the case of 1 or more void matches is:
1 void match – 25% of the Jackpot is distributed (7 successfully predicted correct scores);
2 void matches – The Jackpot is not paid and the fund is carried over to the next draw.
Pool distribution in case of 1 void match:
7 scores – 5%, 6 scores – 5%, 5 scores – 7.5%,
4 scores – 10%, 3 scores – 12.5%, 2 scores – 55%.
Pool distribution in case of 2 void matches:
6 scores – 5%, 5 scores – 5%, 4 scores – 7.5%,
3 scores – 10%, 2 scores – 67.5%.
-
3.10. If there are 3 or more void matches, then all bets will be void and stakes returned to the player.
Example
The sum of the prize fund is €100,000 and the Jackpot is €200,000
The most successful predictions correctly predicted the score in 6 matches.
Since there were no successful predictions for 8 or 7 results, 30% of the prize fund of the 1st and 2nd categories is added to the pool of the 3rd category and 70% of this prize fund is added to the Jackpot pool for the next draw.
The sum of the pool for the 1st and 2nd categories is 5% on each (as per rule 3.6). Therefore, 10% of the pool equals €10,000. 30% of this equals €3,000 and 70% equals €7,000.
Hence, the sum of the Jackpot for the next pool will be €207,000
The pool distribution by category of this draw is as follows (as per Rule 3.6):
7th Category – 35% of pool = €35,000
6th Category – 20% of pool = €20,000
5th Category – 12.5% of pool = €12,500
4th Category – 10% of pool = €10,000
3rd Category – 7.5% of pool (€7,500) + 30% of pool for 1st and 2nd categories with no winners (€3,000) = €10,500
